How to remove a bios pasword

Hi guys, im new here so i dont know if this is the right place to post this, Anyway, i have an acer aspire 8930g, and it is locked with a bios pasword. I want to remove that. I searched google, and the showed some methods but didnt help.
I opened the laptop removed the cmos battery and after 10 minutes i pluged it in and started to close the laptop, when i turned it on the pasword was there. I have tried to crack it but that didnt help to.
I cant boot, and i want to install a fresh copy of windows 8.1 pro, but since i cant boot it is useless, but thats not the only reason, i just want to remove it.
I wanted to ask will the bios pasword be removed if i change the whole battery ? I know that the data is stored in a chip, but will it work if i change the battery ?

A BIOS password in a laptop is a security measure. Unlike in a desktop, it is not stored in the CMOS and cannot be reset by removing the CMOS battery. If the password were easily removed it would serve no useful purpose.

All I can suggest is to contact Acer and be prepared to prove ownership.

Ok thanks, but unfortunately i cant contact acer, so for me this is impossible to do , to install a new fresh copy of win 8.1 or boot from usb or cd or whatever
