I am using the computer as PC. I don't need all the options like multiple accounts, administrator versus others. How can I remove unneeded options like password and multiple accounts to start and administrative versus other features of the only one possible access to the system. Thank you in advance.

All those are inherent characteristics of the NT kernel on which Windows is based, and obviously cannot be removed at all.
That doesn't means you have to actually use them. Just use a single account, left with a blank password and having administrative permissions will do. Most home computers and some in businesses are used in this way.
