Even though you changed the name from bobby to bobbi, the directory/folder structure associated with bobbi will always be bobby, you can't change that.

What you can do is rename bobbi back to bobby as it was initially.
Create a new account called bobbi. Logon to it so the directory structure is created.
Create one more throw away administrator level account, call it anything you like then logon to it.
Copy everything from the old C:\Users\bobby account to the new C:\Users\bobbi account.
Test it and if all is well, delete the old bobby account from Control Panel/User Accounts, including files and folders.

Check under C:\Users and see if there are any remnants of bobby. If so, delete them.
Delete the temporary administrator level account.

As Ztruker says, just because you changed the account name you will not be able to delete the original Bobby. As long as your user account is an administrator you should be able to totally delete Bobby`s account. Don`t rename it just delete it. Then make another account if that`s what your trying to do.
