How to remove this malicious, mal-ware screen?

Hello,
Will appreciate your help please.
From a few days I have pictures and sound on my monitor screen.They are:
http:// and after: ad.xtendmedia.com,
http:// and after: browsergame.travian.us
My MAM block access to malicious web site 87.251.154.134 type outgoing, Port 49894.
I have Avast up yo day.
My MAM (Malwarebytes Anti Mal-ware) are up to day.
Yesterday I use mrt.exe as above, without any infection.
Would be possible to help me how to remove this malicious, mal-ware screen?

Did SuperAnti twice. Each time get close to 18 malicious pictures.
Can I please some other ideas?

Hi,
I did SuperAnti. First was 13 infected, after 3, 15 minutes ago 3. Every 20-30 minutes I get picture as I mention above and additional ble, ble, ble voice.
I did MAM, no infection.
Avast is OK.
When pictures and voice came on I see different color on Internet Explorer and pictures are connect to Internet Explorer. How I can delete Internet Explorer?
In this moment I get about 14 pictures connected to Internet Explorer

Well, this malicious made me crazy. I was so angry when this pictures and ble, ble was seating on Internet Explorer icon, that I delete IE. Goes to "Turn Windows feature on or off", and turn off "Internet Explorer 8". So far no pictures. Will wait till to morrow and see what next.

Try using HitmanPro. It's a very handy tool with about 4-5 virus scanners. It scans in the cloud and pretty fast.

After one day when I delete Internet Explorer, using only Mozilla Firefox, there was no crazy pictures on my monitor. Only voice bla, bla.. from time to time.
Now I have looks how to eliminate all Inter Explorer elements.

No problem. Have you tried cleaning out the temp files? If you haven't, I suggest you do by running CCleaner. The open up IE, and go to Internet Option>Adavanced>Reset. Check the box so it will delete all the content and restore IE to it's original state.
