how to restore feed and favorites in IE?

You know, i reinstall my windows for reason and i forgot to create backup from feed and favorites, now i need them. how can i restore them?

I can not do these because i have installed new version of windows now i can do anything and i don't have any restore points and etc... .

NO, my post was a question. How did you install Windows? Did you do a clean install or did you do an upgrade. An upgrade you did not have to reinstall programs.
