How to restore Tasks data without Archive

I have Outlook 2010 & my Tasks have disappeared, can anyone help?

There are no archives for my Outlook. Can I retrieve from Personal Folders? And how would I do that. Already ran Inbox Repair tool (Scanpst.exe)

Can you please be more specific?

You can't open Outlook? Or you open it, but it does not have your data?
How that happened?

You can try to recover your PST file, if it was deleted.
Recover Your Deleted Files From Hard Disk, USB And Camera Device With Undelete 360

Use that program in these folders:
C:\users\%user%\appdata\roadming\microsoft\Outlook\
C:\users\%user%\appdata\local\microsoft\Outlook\

instead %user% use your windows login.

Thank you for getting back to me on this. I'm new to forums & rather computer illiterate.

I can get into Outlook & have no problems with my email. I have 2 questions.

I have set it up so "Outlook Today" shows up when I log into "OUtlook".

My 1st question is how can I get "Calendar" info to show up in "Outlook Today"? Messages & Tasks are showing, but not Calendar info.

2nd question...... When I click on "Tasks" it brings up "Tasks" & "To-Do" list. But the "tasks" are showing up in both places. I want to use the "To-Do" list as a to-do list, not having "Tasks" show up. How can I manage that?
