How to restore to factory defaults my HP Mini (partition problem)

Hey guys! I just bought an HP Mini (200-4218tu) last Sunday. Now, when I tried to partition C, it was cut in half. However when I tried to format the unallocated space, it won't allow me. It said it doesn't support what I did. This case, the partition for HP RECOVERY and HP TOOLS were still intact. On boot-up, I can still press F11 for the HP recovery. Now, relying on the partition recovery, I decided to wipe C and install a trial Win7 ultimate just to be able to partition the drive. Success! I was able to create a partition but the HP TOOLS got wiped out too. I did a research that the HDD supports only 4 partitions. And the drivers downloadable via HP site were not useful at all to be able to override the OS installation. Thus far, when I tried to press F11 for the recovery, it prompted an error that the "BOOT" thing was not found and I need the recovery disk. Even upon OS set-up, I can no longer delete C. And bring it back to its 400Gb clean space. Thanks guys for your support. I'm not well-versed in troubleshooting.

If you prefer the Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 then follow the steps in the blue link tutorial, using your licensed version which came with the Mini only.
