How to run a .bat file in silent and how to run it automatically

Help! How am I going to run a .bat file in silent/background? And how will I run a .bat file automatically wherein every time I'm going to turn on my PC everyday the .bat file will automatically run and execute. Is this possible?

For downloading purposes. I want it to run automatically and in silent mode. I don't want to click the file everyday and run it.
