How to see a list of installed updates on a non-running system?

My PC broke and I'm currently setting up a new one...

I can still access the old hard drive and I'd like to find a list of all the updates I had installed, so I can set up the new PC just the same. Is there any easy way to see this list without booting the system?

dism++

select the offline os in the top pane

click "open session"

select Updates in the left pane

click Update history

from admin cmd prompt:

Dism /image:E: /Get-Packages
