How to select suitable PC parts for Upgrade?

Hi!
I want upgrade my PC some parts including "Processor,VGA etc" so i want select most suitable parts. So are there're any special utility software for that? If so please tell me it name or download link.

Software, no. The hardware manufacturer, Google and common sense; yes.

In your case you start with the motherboard,

and then see what its CPU support is,

As far as a video card goes, as long as you have a PCI-E x16 slot available and enough room inside the case depending on the size of the card, whatever you want based on what you plan on doing with it and how much you're willing to spend. Depending on what card you want, you may also have to factor in a new power supply if the current one isn't up to running the video card (as well as everything else inside the computer).
