How to set up w7 that friend could use internet from me

I have friend who's playing AoC with me. But thing is he hasn't very good connection to other countries, but has good connection in our country. So question is it possible to configure connection on my PC that he could connect to me and play it through my PC? At same time I'm playing AoC? Something like proxy...

Yes, I have not bad connection to other countries. So yes I want to make my PC like proxy that he could connect to AoC servers through my PC and at that time I could still play AoC too.
