How to solve this Constant Windows blue screen error ?

hi ,

my computer is not booting , i trying for 1 week but now the problem comes: when i run startup repair, details:

"a recent driver installation or upgrade maybe preventing the system from starting .
repair action: system files integrity check and repair
result: failed error code = 0 * 490
time taken = 520029 ms

i have tried various solutions:
cleaned diskpart
used bootrec.exe /fixmbr

but none has helped !! could you help me ?
