If its asking that the disk has its dirty bit set you need to run chkdsk to check the drive

Each time I boot a screen appears before I log in. I do not know why this screen appears. It refers to Memory Diagnostics, I have run Memory Diagnostics both Quick Check and Advanced, no errors found.
I would like to prevent the screen from appearing. What do I have to do to prevent it?

On the screen it says:

Choose an operating system to start, or chose Tab to start tools.
(Use the arrow keys to highlight your choice, then press ENTER)

Windows 7
Recovery

To specify an advanced option for this choice, press F8
Seconds until the highlighted choice will be started automatically n

It may be that if you boot to Safe Mode, you won't see that message. Then reboot into Normal Mode. Sometimes if Windows can successfully boot once, it will fix itself.

The only change I made was I started to use a portable printer that has a Direct Mode. I don't think this is the cause of the boot screen problem, but it is a recent change. The printer has a Direct Mode. When in DM I can wirelessly connect the printer to either my notebbook or cell phone. The printer
broadcasts a WiFi signal and I can go to Network and Settings and select it.

Since the screen appears before I log in could it be a BIOS setting? I went there but could not identify which setting to change.

There is nothing to do with BIOS settings.
Open MSConfig and check if:
- On General tab, startup is set to normal
- On Boot tab, no box is marked
