Hi, My acer laptop with window 7 home premium is lowering automatically the pixels and file size to the pictures imported from my android 6.0.1. It doesn't matter if it I use the Facebook messenger or e-mail to import the pictures. It goes from 4.5 MB to a few KB. It doesn't show either on the picture'properties any details about the camera used like tipe, ISO, white balance, etc.

In my phone the pictures looks great even with zooming every detail is there, but in the laptop it looks awful and blurry.

I got a canon camera and I imported the pictures through my phone by wi fi and then to the laptop and it's the same, on my phone the canon camera'picture are great with the original size and showing camera details and pixels but once in the laptop they are changed.
Is there any way to fix that?

Thanks, Yaimara.
