How to stop NVedia profile to pop up with CTRL ALT H

Hello

I got a conflict with hotkey definition CTRL ALT H. This combinaison pop up Nvedia profile

How can I kill the process the is calling the profile? I did try to change the hotkey definition for it, but it still comming back

No as it is my trading software services. I never need to change anything on Nvedia so all I want is to kill the process that is calling it when I use the hotkey
