How to stop Outlook 2010 from remembering emails that I reply to?

I have a small list of contacts in Outlook 2010 that I want to keep as a fly-out prompt when I type a new email. This stuff:

But every time I email someone, it automatically adds that person to that list.

How do I stop that?

Well, thanks. You slightly misunderstood me. I like that autocomplete option. I just don't want it to memorize all email addresses that I reply to. All I need it to use are the contacts in my address book. That's what I'm asking.

Yeah, good catch. Thanks. I checked, but it was already unchecked. This must be a default behavior.
