I have a PC in my home that is working 24/7 but sometimes needs to be shut down or restarted, are there any command prompt commands, that I could use you connect and deal with the computer ?

I am not interested using apps like Remote Desktop and etc

Cheers and Happy Holly days :)

Yes, wifi network, two computers windows 7 and my controlling one is windows 8

Command shutdown is giving me error (Access Denied(5)) and I've been searching all along, but it seems that, no body know how to fix it for sure, only guesses!

Thanks in advance :)
