How to turn my home computer with a command ?
I have a PC in my home that is working 24/7 but sometimes needs to be shut down or restarted, are there any command prompt commands, that I could use you connect and deal with the computer ?
I am not interested using apps like Remote Desktop and etc

Yes, wifi network, two computers windows 7 and my controlling one is windows 8
Command shutdown is giving me error (Access Denied(5)) and I've been searching all along, but it seems that, no body know how to fix it for sure, only guesses!
