How to turn on firewall log

This is about the firewall which comes with Windows 7.
I notice that the log file is empty. The reason appears to be that it is turned off by default. How can it be turned on?

The probelm has been resolved.
For those who might be interested, the following is how.

Open the Firewall -> Advanced Setting -> Windows Firewall Properties -> Customize in Logging area.
