How to uninstall something that isn't in REVO or win7 uninstall?

I have a program that is not listed in my REVO or my control panel uninstall. The program runs, but I cannot figure out a way to uninstall it. How would I go about doing this, if possible?

How and when was that program installed in your computer?

It was installed in the normal way. When I went to uninstall it, REVO finished uninstalling the program, but it is still listed and still work.

Hi,

See if you can do a system restore to before you uninstalled it. If so then after the restore make sure the program is not running and try to uninstall it.

Use HiBit Uninstaller, I use the "Portable". Use Force uninstall and point it to the programs "*.exe" file.
HiBit works like Revo used to before they removed the hunter mode and force uninstall from the free version.
