Solved How to remove a startup program that isn't in startup?

I usually go use "msconfig" with win 7 to remove startup items. This time, there is an item in the startup that is not listed there - yet starts up each time with my system. I also went to the SERVICES tab and could not find anything there either. Any suggestions?

After going through it, I can't find it. Very strange, not even in regedit where it was suggested. It is a little bit of advertising that comes up every time I boot the computer for EaseUS. I might have to uninstall it.

You might check EaseUS settings to see if there may be one to turn off the advertising, or stopping EaseUS from running at startup should stop it.

Don't uninstall EaseUS just yet, there might be a solution to this situation.

MsConfig is only for diagnoses purposes. Next time try Autoruns and install Startup CPL. Autoruns is more broad though. You'll find Statup CPL in the Windows Control Panel.
