how to use bluetooth

on my windows 7, i want to connect my bluetooth. there is usually a bluetooth device button on the tool bar, but on my computer there isnt. i go to devices and printers but windows 7 isn't picking up my bluetooth. much help needed thanks xx:shock::shock::shock::shock:

is the bluetooth radio on? (most of the laptops i've seen require the wireless radio to be on too)
should be some light that'll mention if it's on or not.
and then after that, you should be able to pair the bluetooth device with the system

If your lap top dont have bluetooth,you can buy one like this,and install BlueSoleil drivers(if Windows don't find that device)
