[Solved] How to View 32bit Hard Drive on 64bit System?

I am here with another porblem,

I recently got a new custom pc, i have a 300Gb 32bit hard drive, stupid me forgot to save my files from the 32 bit hard drive, onto a usb, now i have a 64bit system, and a 64bit hard drive, i want to get my files back from the 32bit HD but i dont know how, if i try to use the 32bit HD it just gives me blue screen, right now im using 64 bit hard drive (130gb), help please!

leave your "64bit Hard Drive" plugged in to SATA port 1, plug your "32bit hard drive" into sata port 2. Reboot, go into BIOS, ensure that the primary boot device is set to your "64bit Hard Drive". Save and exit. Login to Windows, Windows Explorer, navigate to the "32bit Hard Drive" , open the folders you want to get files from and then drag them to a newly created folder in your "64bit Hard Drive". You WILL NOT be able to run programs that are on your "32bit Hard Drive". You will only be able to rescue files, such as documents, pictures, music, movies, etc. After you're done with the files on the "32bit Hard Drive", you should reformat it and use it for backups.

Old 32 bit hdd will not run on 64 bit laptop

I have some old files I need to transfer from a 32 bit win 7 hard drive to my 64 bit laptop. I've tried to remove the write protection but I do not get the recommended registry entries to alter. I do not wish to use this drive except to remove the old documents. I get an error "write protected" when I try to run the old drive from my hard drive enclosure. PLEASE HELP, important medical records are on this drive that I need desperately.

Do you still have your pc? You could transfer files from pc to laptop using internet, but overall i dont knownhow to help, the only advise i acn give you is to make a new post because no one will look here becase it says [Solved] in the title
