Solved How to write, place notes, on a web page?

This may be an odd one and maybe undo-able. I was wondering if it was possible somehow (via an app perhaps) to write on a web page. Note: I am not asking how to write ''a webpage" but physically ''on a'' webpage.
I'll tell you how such a thought came by in order to explain my question.
I'm on a website, they have a phone number but not an email address. It's Sunday so they're closed. I have questions, so I thought wouldn't it be nice if I could write my questions, (like with a marker on my screen) on the webpage so that I won't forget them and tomorrow when I call them, they'll be there ready for me along with the info already there?

Well I see you have Firefox installed. There's an add on that lets you add notes:

FloatNotes - A web annotation tool.

You can add notes to a webpage and a pop up notification is displayed or you can pin them in specific places.



Probably there are similar addons for other browsers but I don't know of anything for IE.

Wow great news. I guess my thinking of there is no such thing as a stupid question is true. It never hurts to try: One never knows.

For IE there's Sticky Notes; It's actually a small program that is built into the operating system and can be used anytime, anywhere during a session not just for the browser. Sticky Notes

For Chrome: I believe this extension is just during browser use; Note Anywhere
