How Users Account Activation

Hi,

In windows 7 Guest and Administrator accounts are system accounts that are disabled by default. We can enable them while we are loged in to windows. But i face a difficulty while working with User profiles and deleted all my users. Now i know built in accounts exists but i can not log on.
How we can get inot system if all users deleted or profile is currepted ?

Starting in Safe Mode should allow you to access the Administrator account.
