hp 250 g3 err BSOD BCCode: 9f BCP1: 0000000000000003

I've asked this question at least once before-

If you go to Control Panel, Device manager, are any errors shown in Universal Serial Bus Controllers?

Perhaps you can provide a screenshot.

On the other hand, there's also no "unknown device" shown. Where are you seeing that.

Did you try installing the Realtek driver suggested by axe0?

What is your anti-virus?

Could you check Windows Updates for updates please. If you already ran Windows Update recently, please run it once more just to verify that there are no updates.

The BSOD prior to this one was an IRQ problem.

I think this one is related to the splitter. I'm no expert or even close to one but this error occurs repeatedly in the event log-

Driver Management concluded the process to install driver NULL Driver for Device Instance ID PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F35&SUBSYS_2213103C&REV_0E\3&11583659&0&A0 with the following status: 0xe0000203.

I assume it's related to that device.

Can you plug the splitter directly into the motherboard?

Do you have any system problems without that device.

Sorry, I didn't realize you had a laptop. What I was saying is that the USB splitter you're trying to attach to a USB port caused a BSOD a few days ago and it appears to be a result of attaching it to a USB port. If you had a desktop, I would attach it to the motherboard.

The last two BSODs are a result of an IRQL error. If you still have that splitter attached, it is likely causing those BSODs.

I asked if you still have BSODs if you don't have that splitter attached. Its still not clear to me from your response. Please be specific.
