HP 4720s bluetooth can't reconize magic mouse

hi all
i have problem
my HP ProBook windows 7 64bit Ultimate can't reconize any device with bluetooth. i traing everiting but nothing helps me
i wanna connect my new magic mouse but can't. i tray all but nothing..
i search google over 100 sites every metod but nothing..
everiting work on computer
can someone help me or i will smash my HP
