HP 620 DVD-RW not showing up!

hey friends hope you are all doing good, please help me i have a problem with my dvd-rw drive it is not working now and i have tried to troubleshoot but the driver is still missing... please help me on how to solve this problem my friends! thanx for helping a brother. waiting for your response
