HP Laptop Screen Problem

Here is a video



It happens randomly, the computer is only 3 months old!

Not been dropped. No water damage... Cost was 800$

No warranty


Any suggestions?

At first I couldn't view it due to something about HTML 5 (must have disabled it in Chrome), thanks for fixing the video Brink

If it's still under warranty, I would send it for repair or replacement. If that's not an option I would check to make sure all hardware drivers are current, then make sure that the screen resolution is set to it's native settings and that the refresh rate is set to 60hz.

Connect it up to a external monitor if possible to rule out the graphic chip itself, if you do not have this problem with the external monitor then it will have to be the LCD or the inverter.

To the people who can't see my crappy cell phone video,

The screen isn't moving or flickering, its just the way it looks right now... so its just all lined, happens literally at anytime.
