Start off by removing Dameon Tools/Alcohol 120%. Its driver, SPTD, is known to cause BSODs. Once the program is removed run the SPTD removal tool. http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads
that's the first most likely cause I see of this if it is software related.

Your getting the WHEA hardware code.
This can be caused by a glitchy overclock.

I can also be caused by actual faulting hardware.
You can try running this in case a windows file is to blame. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Code:
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
Arg2: fffffa800853b038, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
Arg3: 00000000b6000000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
Arg4: 0000000000000181, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
