Hi everyone, I wonder if you can help. My wireless adaptor appears to be missing. My laptop is HP Pavilion g6-1325sa and the bars for wireless access have disappeared and i can now only connect via the ethernet lead. I cant see the wireless adaptor anywhere.

I have carried out a factory reset and this did not resolve the problem.

Can anybody help? Thank you!

Hi Welcome to Seven Forums .. What happens when you press F12 ? .. Does the light stay at Orange ? .. Do you get an error message ? .. Have you tried Downloading the Drivers for the Wireless Adaptor ? .. There are two on the HP website i would try both of them ...

Hi there, absolutely nothing. F12 does not respond at all - no error message. I have tried to download the drivers but they do not load correctly! Which two should I by downloading? Does it matter which one I download first?
