Solved HP Printing issue

whenever i try to print to HP1020 laser printer, it says Error Printing, then i delete the document from the print queue and gives the print command again, again it says the Error Printing, so i restart the computer and printer 3-4 times and then it prints correctly....

sometime it shows printer is offline, even though the printer is on and attached to computer usb port

every time i have to print the document the same process repeats again and again

i think i need to change the USB cable maybe

I would suggest you to click on the URL mentioned to download the “HP Print and Scan Doctor”. HP recommends that you download and install the tool any time you need to troubleshoot a printing problem. Click the plus sign next to your operating system and follow the instructions:

If the issue persists, I would suggest you toRemove and reinstall the HP Printer software.
