hp recovery

i have a hp omni 220 all in one pc. Im trying to use the hp_recovery option where it has a split drive hard drive to restore windows. how do i do that and also how to i find my product key number so i can re register windows after its installed

Hello Yanamaha,

The link at HP below can help show you how to do a factory recovery on a HP computer. It should be activated automatically for you when you do the HP recovery. If not, then the product key number should be on the COA sticker somewhere on the back or bottom of your computer.
