I have a laptop that has the HP simplepass installed.

Its pretty good, but everytime I enter a website with a login, a popup with the fingerprint icon popups in the top left corner of the screen. I think its annoying because i do not want that pop up coming if it blocks the back button.

Furthermore, i do not have an account with all the websites that i go to.

I'm wondering if anyone can help me change the settings on Simplepass so that the icon does not popup while entering websites with a login.

I want to still be able to use the function while entering websites, but i do not want it to pop up everytime.

Welcome to Seven Forums onceupon. I had a look around, and even on the HP forums they are saying you can't prevent it from popping up, nor change it's position to a less intrusive area. Sorry I couldn't help. A Guy
