Could you be more specific with what you mean by working? Does it turn on? Is it a picture quality, resolution problem? More information I think is going to be required, such as his system specs especially the graphics card, Cpu, memory ect. How is it connected to the LCD? VGA, DVI, HDMI. Thanks. Fabe

I think its a dead-end.
I updated the video card drivers via Service Tag number & still no joy.
The monitor works but not possible to set to right resolution?
