HP webcam

Hi

I have a build in webcam in my laptop which was working fine tilll about a day or 2 ago, now its crashing and telling me that it can't detect the device (see screenshot).
The software i use for it is the standard Cyberlink Youcam program but other programs like msn and so give the same error.
I closed all my programs and tried booting in safe mode but that was not working, in vista (virtual) the webcam is working fine.

Did you download 7 compatible drivers?

well the drivers worked in previous builds and they worked from like the day 7600 came out and i installed it till a 2-3 days ago, so i guess they're 7 compatible but there are no other drivers around so i dunno where to get them.

Okay,
its working again (for now), it started working again when i upgraded to the rtm.
Let's hope it keeps working and don't stop like last time.

If it happens again, see if this works

If you have Windows Live Messenger installed open it and go to Tools, Options, Sign In and uncheck the box "Automatically connect to Windows Live Messenger when I log on to Windows" and then reboot
