HT Omega Claro Plus Installation Problem

My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.
Firstly, I installed SW and drivers from the CD. Then, I downloded sw package from yor web page, and updated drivers. However, the utility sw does not appear in the programs section of windows. There is a folder "HT Omega Claro" under
C:\Program Files
Advance
Driver
Cmiainfo.sys
CmilnstallAudio
CmilnstallAudio64
CmiSetupConfig.dll
but I am not able to run sw. How can I solve the problem? Really, I spent several hours and I am exhousted of trying to install the program.

Did you download any and all of the driver's from the Manufactures sites?
Seems like this is one of the problems new Window 7 owner's have.
Check them out and post back so we can go from there.

c81773w7.zip Use drivers of the web it even says on the web site that the bundled Cd does not include the W7 drivers so I think you have to do a clean of all the original drivers you installed of the bundled cd and start over. i have the Striker 7.1 and had no issues at all installing with the drivers of the web site good luck.
