Hello All,

I had no idea where to ask this question so I apologize in advance.

The test highlighted in Green is the original and works fine by itself.

The blue highlighted text works fine, too.

But when I add the Google tracking code, the target="_blank" fails to open this page in a new window.
My goal is to track the number of clicks this image gets (an outbound link).

I have no idea how to fix this and could use a little help.

Obviously, I don't know squat about HTML.

Thanks in advance,

It looks like a common issue with quite a few posts on the google product forums, one solution was to use js to open the links rather than the standard html link.

Thanks for the fast response! I'll check it out.

Well, it works and I thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Just FYI it does do something strange. It not only opens the link in a new window, but it also reloads the current page.
Weird.

That's OK, I will live with it as is unless someone knows why it does that.

Thanks z3r010!
