Hello Everyone,

I currently am experiencing a similar issue to the above image. I'm trying to hook up one of my older systems to my Sony Bravia TV, and am experiencing my start taskbar cut-off with the install NVIDIA 700GT Graphics card. Reading online, it looks like this is a common issue, but I still haven't figured out how to resolve it.

Hopefully I'm posting this in the right forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

What's your monitor make/model? There is a setting to "Auto Adjust" that will fix that issue.
