HTPC resoultion problems on pj W5000

Hi,

I have a problem with the resolution on my projector BENQ W5000. The resolution is set to 1920x1080 on the pc, via my receiver Onkyo TX-NR809 to the pj. The signal my pj receive is only 1400x1050. The image is streched and I have to downscale to 1386x720 to make it fit the screen. The pj should be able to run on 1920x1080 and I have NO idea what the problem might be!

PC resolution is set to 1920X1080
Reveiver input 1920X1080
Receiver output 1920x1080 (Signal settings: through)
Pj receive 1400x1050 /60Hz
10 meter Argon HDMI cable

Signal my pj receive from cable/sat is 1080 /50p so it cant be the HDMI cable???

What is happening to the signal when it goes from the receiver to the pj?

Have you tried Direct too the Pj to rule out the Projector and aim it at the Receiver.

I forgot to mention it, but I also have a Full HD TV connected and the resolution on the telly can be set to 1920x1080 without problems. I doubt that the receiver is the problem, but I will try connecting it directly..
