Should appear in hidden system devices list. May be corrupted file. Can this driver be updated or reloaded?

Since it is part of IIS and win7 you should run a system file check to verify and repair your system files
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow)

file scan failed

Attempted to run file scan but it woul;d not compete. stopped ~37%. However, then ran chkdsk /f, which found & fixed a few problems. Re-running file scan now

can this utility run in safe mode?
