Huge security problem

Ive searched the internet for this but it doesnt seem that anyone has written anything about it.

At windows 7 boot while the "wait" message is displayed, just before the "enter password" appears you can press CTRL-ALT-DELETE.
This brings up the "Lock computer" choice.
If you select "cancel" you will get to the desktop directly WITHOUT ever entering the password....

This seems like pretty big security problem. How could this be missed???
Anyone seen this?

I have attempted to recreate this with my desktop, laptop & netbook. Non of them bring up the "lock this computer" dialogue. They all just go straight to enter password screen. All run windows 7.

Strange, I have tested this on two computers.
One laptop with 64 bit Win 7 professional and one stationary Win 7 ultimate 64 bit.
They always show the options for me after CTRL-ALT-DEL when the "waiting" appears.

However, the faster computer sometimes just flashes by with the "waiting" and gives little to no time to enter CTRL-ALT-DEL. The slower laptop always displays "waiting".
I havent used my windows password in some time now.

Ok, but your original post says you click cancel and the machine Auto Logs on? I am confused.

Will try at boot up and see if I can duplicate #1's post
