hung backup

I'm having a problem with backup in win7 ult. When my scheduled backup starts my computer will hang. I've removed 4 services that are no windows and the backup works fine. My question is can somebody please help and let me know which of these services is the problem
1. Diskeeper
2.Lightscribe
3.Mbamservice
4. Norton AV

Install one at a time, and that will determine the culprit. My quess is Norton, but it could be any of the four mentioned.

Just to let you know it was Diskeeper service that caused backup to hang
