Hyper-V Manager

Hyper-V manager no longer works and all things point to DCOM, just wondering if anyone else has come accross this and has a solution?

Error: Access denied. Unable to establish communication between 'SERVER' and 'CLIENT'

Have you ever had HyperV working? Personally, I find this tool to be an absolute PITA to use.
