So it seems my hyperthreading is not showing up anymore in RC 7100. In the device manager under cpus it does show 8 procs, but when I open the task manager it shows 4 procs.

HT is enabled in the bios and if I boot into Vista instead, it shows 8 procs in the task magnager as it should. Is everybody else's showing up ok?

I know for sure 8 were showing back in 7077, but I can't remember if it was since installing 7100. I even tried rolling back 8-9 restore points just to see if something changed, but to no avail.

So I just figured it out. I had adjusted the # of processor used in the boot menu of msconfig to try and speed up my startup to 4 (cores, not including HT). I thought that this setting was solely telling the system to use that many processors for the boot process, not how many processors the system see's.
