Solved I accidentally changed my downloads library to C drive. HELP!

Hi, I accidentally changed my downloads library to C drive. When I click on the downloads library tab, it takes me to C drive, rather than just the downloads folder in C drive. I can't change it back.
Anyone got some advice for a dingbat? Thanks!!

Try using System Restore to restore your computer to a date before you made the change.

I like your "accident" better than Windows default. I have all my downloads, regardless of which account is active, going to C:\downloads -- that way, no matter which account is active at the time, I can move the downloaded ZIPs, EXEs, etc., into their designated data partition folders. However, to answer your question - I'll be watching with you 'cause, from others here, I too want to note, for my library, how that default is restored myself without having to do a system restore point.

@ BPC. have a read through this Forum tutorial on restoring folder default locations. You will need to scroll through it & find the parts applicable to the Downloads Folder.

Thanks everyone. I don't know what's going on, but all of a sudden it's changed itself back to normal downloads, not C drive, so go figure! I've never seen anything like it. Thanks for your help guys
