I Always get this BSOD and no one can help me

According to the crash information your crash is being caused by the ATI driver kernel. The best first step to eliminating this is to do a complete wipe of the current driver and settings associated with it using driver sweeper. Then download a new copy of the latest driver and reinstall it fresh.

i did that like a week ago and i still got these crashes T_T

The other suggestion I have is to remove AVG and replace it with microsoft security essentials.
AVG has been known to cause bsod's in windows 7 with certain system configs, usually it's a problem that just pops up without any explanation sometimes after it's worked fine for some time too.

Anyhow MSE is also free to anyone with windows.

Also if you have anything overclocked now would be the time to remove that overclock to see if the system regains stability.

okay i`ll try that , i do notice the increase in bsod after i downloaded avg ty
