Do this:

1. Click Start
orb.png

2. In the search box, type cmd
3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
4. In the command window that opens, type sfc /scannow and hit enter.

Report the output from the command window once it finishes.

Your system specs don't look right, 520GB RAM cannot be correct but can you say if Win 7 Ultimate was pre loaded onto your PC by the manufacturer?

just in case its the RUN you want to start

try holding down the windows key and press R ,that will open the run box

if its cmd you want you can type it in the run dialogue window that opens when you click the windows key and R

But it is still not showing where it should I presume? That being the case you have something wrong with your Windows set up. In an earlier post i asked if your PC had Win 7 Ultimate pre installed? Was it?
