Is there any way to change drive letters when Windows 7 will not start. (See title)

At present I have 3 Drives, I have tried a few things to boot but to no avail, I think that if I can change
the drive letters , I will find the right drive to boot from. But I can't find a way to change drive letters,
My system is Win 7 Home Prem...

Drive letters should have no impact on booting, the drive with Windows folder always get C (or it should) automatically.

Please download the bootable Partition Wizard free and boot with it. Bootable Partition Manager | MiniTool Partition Wizard Bootable Edition. Take a photo of the drives, make sure details are there, and don't shake :P post here http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/9733-screenshots-files-upload-post-seven-forums.html

In addition make sure you have the correct Win7 hard drive set first device to boot in BIOS setup. This may be under Hard Drive Priority, or BIOS Boot order priority, or both.

Then to boot a disk use the one-time BIOS boot menu key.

Why did you say in your headline that you changed the drive letter, but then in the post asked us how to do so? How did you change the Win7 drive letter exactly? It is impossible to do this in any but the boot mode using a boot disk like Partition Wizard. It is always fatal. But you might be able to change it back if you did in fact change it. We'll definitely need to see the picture of the Partiton Wizard drive map when booted from its CD. Burn disk with Windows Image burner, boot it using one-time BIOS Boot menu key. Take picture, upload it using Manage Attachments button in reply box.

Please reply to every question and request in full. Do not skip anything as all of this applies to fix this.
