I can ping the router defualt gateway but no access to the settings

I can ping the IP address in cmd.exe but when i enter the same IP in the url bar it times out.

I would really like some help with this soon, I want to create a static IP for my minecraft server but i can not access the Belkin54g router settings...

Ping uses a different port than a browser. The problem is usually a malware app or firewall. Try disabling them to test
